All services offered by NARSHISM can be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage or presentation of all information, data or material in violation of Germany law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, or material protected legally. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold NARSHISM from any claim arising from the use of the service which damages the subscriber or any other party. Examples of unacceptable content or links:
NARSHISM will be the sole judge of what constitutes a violation of this provision, and reserves the right to deactivate and remove any site at any time for any reason without refund.
NARSHISM respond to all allegations of infringement that are formatted according to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and other applicable laws of copyright. Violation notices not complying with this law will not be processed. We will act in accordance with the DMCA, when reports of infringement. If you do not respond to a DMCA complaint within 24-48 hours(varies on type of infringement) of notification, your account will be suspended however NARSHISM reserves the right to terminate any service which violates the ToS at any time without notice.
If NARSHISM administration team determines that the account of a client is to use an unacceptable amount of system resources, NARSHISM can temporarily disable that account. If staff deemed necessary, an eviction notice may be sent to the client an account Inappropriate providing seven (7) days to upgrade to a virtual private / dedicated server or locate a new provider. This happens only in extreme cases. NARSHISM will be the sole judge of what constitutes a violation of this provision. Due to the nature of this provision, each account will be processed and analyzed separately. Shared hosting accounts should not use more than 15% of CPU resources over a 60 second time period, and mySQL transactions should take no longer than 15 seconds. Accounts found to be using resources in excess of these limits shall be deemed to be using unacceptable levels of server resources.
Customers are not allowed to run programes in the background on shared hosting servers as this tends to spend a lot of system resources and can impair service to other customers on that server. But customers are allowed to do so on a virtual private / dedicated server with NARSHISM as long as all applications are legitimate.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their own backups on their personal computers. NARSHISM offers no compensation for loss for lost or incomplete information. We are doing our best to ensure complete and accurate backups, but do not take responsibility for this duty. Always back your site to your computer! We make no guarantees about the availability of backups.
Sending of un-required email, from a NARSHISM server or using a return email address that is maintained by us is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Using SPAM to advertise a site hosted on our network also is a violation of our terms. Sites found to be in violation of our policy will be immediately suspended / deactivated and no refund will be issued. If you have recieved SPAM from one of our servers please email customersupport [AT] NARSHISM.com immediately to report violation of our SPAM policies.
Any attempt to undermine or cause harm to our servers is strictly prohibited. NARSHISM will be the sole judge of what constitutes a violation of this provision. Customers found in violation of this provision will be subject to account deactivation without refund. NARSHISM will turn all available information on incidents of violence, including contact details for customers to appropriate authorities and this may lead to press charges.
You agree to supply appropriate payment for the services received from NARSHISM, in advance of the time period during which such services are provided. You agree that until and unless you notify NARSHISM of your desire to cancel any or all services received, those services will be billed on a recurring basis. This includes when accounts are suspended.
As a client of NARSHISM, it is your responsibility to ensure that your payment information is up to date, and that all invoices are paid on time. You agree that until and unless you notify NARSHISM of your desire to cancel any or all services received (by the proper means listed in the appropriate section of the Terms of Service). NARSHISM invoices must be paid no later than 5 days after the invoice due date before services/products will be suspended and a reactivation fee may be applied. Access to the account will not be restored until payment has been received. NARSHISM will terminate any services/products after 7 days of non-payment starting from invoice due date. You accept that all files, emails, and account will be removed from the server also if the domain name was registered for free with the hosting plan then NARSHISM will be the only owner of the domain name (NARSHISM can offer the domain for sale or use it for advertising, user redirection, …etc.), All services that were terminated due to 7 days of non-payment are non-recoverable.
If cancellations is initiated by sending an official email to sales@narshism.com, then NARSHISM maybe able to send a backup copy of site content.
It is the customer's responsibility to notify our sales team via email at sales@narshism.com after paying for a domain renewal in case of bank deposit and to ensure the email is received and acted upon. Domain renewal notices and invoices are provided as a courtesy reminder and NARSHISM cannot be held responsible for failure to renew a domain or failure to notify a customer about a domain's renewal.
NARSHISM reserves the right to change the monthly payment amount and any other changes at any time as our mission is to provide a genuine service.
We don't have any type of moneyback guarantee on any product/services provided by NARSHISM, including setup fee's, licensing, addons .
NARSHISM may sponsor your website you can send your offer to sales@narshism.com, please notice that sponsoring a website may give you a free-hosting service but will require NARSHISM ads to appear in your website
If your website doesn't bring enough profit to NARSHISM , We have the right to terminate the sponsoring contract and giving the client a "Sponsor budget Clarification " and give the client the ability to terminate the contract or pay the bills to have a full contract ( canceling the sponsorship ) .
